I have been taking yoga classes with Debbie for several years.  They are an important part of my week and my training.  I run and these classes have helped me stay fit, flexible and strong, as I age.  Debbie is a wonderful teacher.  Her classes are calm and peaceful.  This is the way she teaches and reaches out to everyone, regardless of your fitness level.  Always feel better after I finish one.  Her classes are online.  If you miss one, you can retake it as she has a yoga vault where past classes are available.  It has been one of the best decisions I made to start taking yoga with Debbie years ago. Plan on continuing as long as my body permits it.  Thank you Debbie.

I have been taking yoga classes with Debbie for many years. I really enjoy the way Debbie teaches the class and poses. Her voice is calm and encouraging, giving clear instructions on how to do a pose correctly, by respecting your body and its limitations. The classes are online and you receive a password to access all of her yoga recordings. So, you are able to do yoga, any time and any day! I finish each class being calmer with zero pain. Through the years, by doing yoga I am not more flexible but have no joint pain. I feel less anxious, have a better body image, and more accepting of challenges that come my way.
