Classes and Coaching for 2018!

Hey there!

You may be overwhelmed right now with holiday gift shopping (online or braving the crowds at the mall), decorating your home, writing cards (if you’re a little old-fashioned like me), baking, attending parties, hosting parties, or just getting the house in order before the craziness hits.

Whatever you’re doing right NOW, in just a month or less things will be calm again and you’ll be able to focus on YOU again.

And that’s when my winter classes will be ready and waiting for you.

Boot Camp is a way to have fun while getting a great workout; Yoga will relax and strengthen your body and mind; Coaching will get you a focused 12-month plan and tailored support to feeling awesome in your body and life in time for the holidays in 2018; and our local Running Group is a way to get out there and hang with people who enjoy being active.

So, here’s the line-up:

Boot Camp
Fun and Fitness rolled into one!

Every class is different and never boring… you won’t believe how fast an hour will go by!

In this class you’ll be strengthening and toning your muscles, and increasing your cardio endurance, all while playing games, completing challenges, and hanging out with great people.

Ages 12 & up.

Monday evenings
7:30 to 8:30pm, beginning January 8th
McCaig Elementary School in Rosemere
10 weeks for $100*

*Register for Yoga too, and get 40$ off the total; also, additional family members get 25% off.   Drop in rate is $15

Yoga
Strengthen, stretch, and relax

Yoga is a great way to deal with stress, perfect for maintaining and improving body flexibility in all directions, and not to mention, a great strength workout.

Learn to breathe, balance, move, and let go with ease and less pain.

I look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful class.

Thursday evenings
7:30 to 8:30pm, beginning January 11th
McCaig Elementary School in Rosemere
11 weeks for $100* (1 extra bonus class for a missed fall class)

Looking for a coach to help you get fit and feel your very best in 2018?

I’ve teamed up with Precision Nutrition to offer you a fantastic online fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle experience.

For 2018, I’m only taking on 2 new clients for my 12-month Coaching Program beginning in January.

Running Group
Make friends on the run!

There are a group of us who run each weekend and on Wednesday evenings just for fun and friendship.

Saturday mornings (9:30) and Wednesday evenings (6:30) in Fontainebleau,  and Sunday mornings (9:30) in Lorraine.

The run is usually 8 minutes of running alternated with 2 minutes of walking, and we do that about 5 times (6 to 7 km).

And no matter your level, no one gets left behind.

    Back with your group for yoga in January Debbie! I have missed it so much. Hoping to add Saturday morning runs to my staying fit plan!
