Fall Yoga  Thursday evenings

Yoga will reset your body and mind.

The benefits of yoga are now understood to include stress reduction, increased flexibility, and improved muscular strength.

If you suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease, anxiety, or depression, chances are good that your doctor will prescribe yoga to help alleviate your symptoms.

Begins Thursday, September 14th, 2017 
Join me Thursday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30 , McCaig Elementary School gymnasium, 501 Northcote, Rosemere.

Drop-in rate for Yoga is 15$.

Fall Boot Camp  – Monday evenings

The goal for our Boot Camp is to have fun while getting fit!

It’s a full-body cardio and strength workout for all fitness levels.  This workout is great for weight loss and building strength.

And don’t let the name intimidate you!  All exercises are done at your own pace and adaptable to your capabilities.

Begins Monday, September 11th 2017 
Join me Monday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30pm outdoors in Lorraine Park in Lorraine (as of mid-October, classes will be held indoors at McCaig Elementary School, at 501 Northcote in Rosemere)
