Summer Yoga  Tuesdays & Thursdays

Yoga will reset your body and mind.

The benefits of yoga are now understood to include stress reduction, increased flexibility, and improved muscular strength.

If you suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease, anxiety, or depression, chances are good that your doctor will prescribe yoga to help alleviate your symptoms.

Yoga to Unwind
Begins Thursday, June 15th, 2017 (no class July 20)

Yoga in Nature
Begins Tuesday, June 27th, 2017 (no class July 18)
Join me Tuesday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 at Charbonneau Park in Rosemere, beside the river

Due to weather dependency, this will be a pay-as-you-go class:  10$ per class​

Summer Boot Camp  – Mondays

The goal for our Boot Camp is to have fun while getting fit!

It’s a full-body cardio and strength workout for all fitness levels.  This workout is great for weight loss and building strength.

And don’t let the name intimidate you!  All exercises are done at your own pace and adaptable to your capabilities.
