Here are your Winter 2018 classes… 

Yoga will reset your body and mind.

Never tried it?  No problem, this class is for every level.

The benefits of yoga are now understood to include stress reduction, increased flexibility, and improved muscular strength.

If you suffer from high stress, high blood pressure, heart disease, anxiety, or depression, chances are good that your doctor will prescribe yoga to help alleviate your symptoms.

Begins Thursday, January 11th, 2018
Join me Thursday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30 , in the McCaig Elementary School gymnasium, 501 Northcote, Rosemere.

The 11-week session is $100**


Yoga Class Options



​**40$ discount when you sign up for both Boot Camp and Yoga.  Or 25% discount for any additional family members who join with you.

Drop-in rate for Yoga is 15$.

The goal for our Boot Camp is to have fun while getting fit!

It’s a full-body cardio and strength workout for all fitness levels.  This workout is great for weight loss and building strength.

And don’t let the name intimidate you!  All exercises are done at your own pace and adaptable to your capabilities.
