What is Health Coaching?
As a Health Coach I’ll help you make lifestyle changes that will get you BACK INTO SHAPE, LOSE WEIGHT, and GET HEALTHY, while providing you with strategies to make your new lifestyle stick.
The solutions I offer are personalized and will include lifestyle coaching to get your mind-set to work for you; a physical fitness plan to bring your body back into a state of balance and strength; and nutrition coaching to build healthy eating habits one-by-one, and get you into a solid relationship with food that’s compatible with the life you want.
Here’s how it works:
1. Start with a FREE CONSULTATION
The first step is to get to know you, your likes and dislikes, your personal health history, and understand your health goals. This is all covered in the initial consultation over the phone or internet – and of course, it’s free of charge.
2. Receive an Individualized HEALTH PLAN
The next step is to create a personal health plan that meets your needs and your wants.
I’ll incorporate some or all of the following depending on your needs:
- A fitness plan that fits your lifestyle
- Habit-based nutrition coaching for weight loss, illness prevention, and increased energy
- Weekly or bi-weekly follow up by phone, or on-line (Skype, Facetime…)
- These follow-up calls will include strategies for taking care of YOU: making time, setting boundaries, overcoming mental barriers…
- Monthly evaluations to see how you’re improving
- Monthly program updates to keep things interesting and challenging
3. Get moving with FITNESS that you’ll enjoy
Your fitness plan will include exercises and activities that you’ll enjoy, to get you the weight-loss and body-shape results that you’re looking for.
Your fitness plan can be implemented at home or at the gym… whatever’s more convenient for you.
4. Get valuable NUTRITION coaching
I’ve teamed up with Precision Nutrition and am offering online nutrition coaching to all my clients.
As a PN coach myself, I’ll be using Precision Nutrition’s awesome online Procoach tool for keeping you on track with your nutrition each and every day.
What can you get out of this nutrition and lifestyle program?
Consistent eating habits for a healthy lifestyle
Daily actions that will help you put these habits into practice each day
Convenience: It’s online and interactive, so you can do it from wherever you are
Clarity: All the information is clear, easy to understand, and put into practice

5. Weekly or bi-weekly FOLLOW UP
Regularly we’ll check-in to keep you on track and moving forward.
Some weeks will be easier than others, and sometimes you’ll hit a wall. On these personal weekly or bi-weekly follow up calls, I’ll coach you how to get around, over, or through the wall. I also call this lifestyle coaching.
These follow ups are so valuable to your progress.
6. Obtain regular EVALUATIONS and program UPDATES
Every 4 to 6 weeks we will, as part of a regular program, evaluate your progress through body measurements and simple fitness tests for your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
From those results we will make changes to your program and keep you on the road to great fitness.
