What’s a yoga therapist? Meet Helene…

This weeks blog is actually more of a vlog.

Actually it’s my very first vlog, and my very first time as an interviewer on camera.

As such it’s not perfect, but I think it turned out pretty darn good.

So sit back and enjoy as I speak to a woman who was instrumental in getting me to where I am today…

Helene Couvrette is a Certified Yoga Therapist and co-founder of MISTY (Montreal International Symposium on Therapeutic Yoga)… and she’s also my Yoga teacher.

Listen to Helene as she explains what she does as a yoga therapist, and how yoga therapy is becoming more and more  accepted as a treatment for many physical and emotional conditions.

You can find Helene at her studio, H-OM Yoga Wellness Center, in beautiful Hudson, Quebec.

FYI… Helene will be offering 2 free Yoga Therapy workshops for anyone who has been affected by the recent flooding in the area.  One workshop will be focused on the physical body and the other on emotional empowerment:

To contact Helene about joining the free workshops or about yoga therapy, MISTY, yoga classes, or yoga teacher training, you can always email her at:

h-om@homyogacenter.com.

Keep moving forward my friends,

Debbie

P.S. There’s still time to sign up for my FREE upcoming webinar:

5 steps to Streamline Your Waistline (… after 39)“.

It’s on Wednesday May 17th at 1pm… and if you can’t make the time, no worries!  Just sign up and I’ll send you the recording!
